Clinical Advantage is a temporary staffing service that specializes in the Behavioral Health Care Field. Many of our positions are part-time and some are also full-time. We match up our employees with schedules based on client needs. Our per diem focus allow our candidates to pick and choose what shifts and locations they are interested in working. Many of the pay rates and requirements change from client to client.
Our temporary to hire program allows for a mutual trial period for both you and our clients, sometimes the match is right, sometimes it is not. We do not have conventional employment benefits, we are a temporary staffing firm that provides work while it is available.
