Clinical Advantage was founded in 2006 by Gregory & Martha Madler with the mission of providing the best possible candidates to our Behavioral Health Care clients. This mission grew out of Martha's knowledge of the Staffing Industry and her own life experience with an M/R sibling. She has a true understanding of the compassion and dedication required of caregivers.
Starting out of our Pittsburgh location we have been expanding our operations to Harrisburg, PA and Philadelphia, PA. We are activley expanding our operations and are looking forward to growing our client and employee base.
